Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weaver mobile application ("the App") operated by the developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weaver, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or in any manner not permitted by these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

3. User Accounts

You may play Weaver without signing in. When you choose to sign in with a Google account:

• You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure
• Your game progress and profile data will be linked to your account and synced to the cloud
• You may only maintain one account per Google identity
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Profiles & Content

When you set up a profile (display name, avatar, location, country flag), you agree that:

• Your display name and profile picture may be visible to other players in social features
• You will not use a display name or avatar that is offensive, misleading, or infringes any third-party rights
• We may remove or modify any profile content that violates these Terms without notice

5. User Conduct

While using social features (VS mode, friends, chat), you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, phishing links, or unsolicited promotions
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game scores through illegitimate means
• Post content that is hateful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal

Violation of these rules may result in a permanent ban without notice or refund.

6. In-App Features & Virtual Currency

Weaver may offer virtual in-game currency or items that can be obtained by watching rewarded advertisements. These virtual items:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• Are not transferable between accounts
• May be modified, suspended, or removed at our discretion
• Are stored on our servers and may be lost if your account is terminated

Currently, Weaver does not process real-money purchases. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and you will be notified.

7. Advertisements

The App displays rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be shown between game sessions or as optional rewards
• Ad content is provided by Google and subject to Google's policies
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, sounds, music, game design, code, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from the App without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of game data or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed €50.

13. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) shall survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), geliştirici ("biz", "bizim" veya "geliştirici") tarafından işletilen Weaver mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Şartlar'a bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

1. Şartların Kabulü

Weaver'a erişerek veya Weaver'ı kullanarak en az 13 yaşında olduğunuzu, bu Şartlar'ı okuduğunuzu ve anladığınızı ve bunlara bağlı olmayı kabul ettiğinizi onaylarsınız. 13-18 yaş arasındaysanız, bir ebeveynin veya yasal vasinin sizin adınıza bu Şartlar'ı incelediğini ve onayladığını teyit edersiniz.

2. Uygulamayı Kullanım Lisansı

Android cihazınızda kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla Uygulamayı indirmeniz ve kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.

Şunları yapamazsınız:

• Uygulamayı veya içeriğini kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya dağıtmak
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak kodunu çözmek veya parçalarına ayırmak
• Uygulamayı ticari amaçlarla veya bu Şartlar'ın izin vermediği herhangi bir şekilde kullanmak
• Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümüne veya ilgili sistemlerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Weaver'ı giriş yapmadan oynayabilirsiniz. Google hesabıyla giriş yapmayı seçtiğinizde:

• Google hesabı kimlik bilgilerinizi güvende tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz
• Oyun ilerlemeniz ve profil verileriniz hesabınıza bağlanacak ve buluta senkronize edilecektir
• Her Google kimliği başına yalnızca bir hesap oluşturabilirsiniz
• Bu Şartlar'ı ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız

4. Kullanıcı Profilleri ve İçerik

Bir profil oluştururken (görünen ad, avatar, konum, ülke bayrağı) şunları kabul edersiniz:

• Görünen adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız sosyal özelliklerde diğer oyuncular tarafından görülebilir
• Hakaret içeren, yanıltıcı veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden bir görünen ad veya avatar kullanmayacaksınız
• Bu Şartlar'ı ihlal eden profil içeriklerini önceden bildirmeksizin kaldırabilir veya değiştirebiliriz

5. Kullanıcı Davranışı

Sosyal özellikleri (VS modu, arkadaşlar, sohbet) kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Diğer kullanıcılara taciz, kötü muamele veya zarar vermek
• Spam, phishing bağlantısı veya istenmeyen tanıtım göndermek
• Hile, istismar, otomasyon yazılımı, bot veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf araçları kullanmak
• Meşru olmayan yollarla lider tablosu veya oyun skorlarını manipüle etmeye çalışmak
• Nefret içeren, müstehcen, iftira niteliğindeki veya yasadışı içerik paylaşmak

Bu kurallara aykırı davranışlar önceden bildirim veya iade yapılmaksızın kalıcı yasakla sonuçlanabilir.

6. Uygulama İçi Özellikler ve Sanal Para

Weaver, ödüllü reklamlar izlenerek elde edilebilen sanal oyun içi para birimi veya öğeler sunabilir. Bu sanal öğeler:

• Parasal bir değere sahip değildir ve gerçek parayla değiştirilemez
• Hesaplar arasında devredilemez
• Takdirimize bağlı olarak değiştirilebilir, askıya alınabilir veya kaldırılabilir
• Sunucularımızda saklanır ve hesabınızın sonlandırılması durumunda kaybolabilir

Weaver şu anda gerçek para ile satın alım işlemi gerçekleştirmemektedir. Gelecekte uygulama içi satın alımlar sunulursa ek şartlar geçerli olacak ve bildirim yapılacaktır.

7. Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan ödüllü video reklamlar gösterir. Uygulamayı kullanarak şunları kabul edersiniz:

• Reklamlar oyun oturumları arasında veya isteğe bağlı ödüller olarak gösterilebilir
• Reklam içeriği Google tarafından sağlanır ve Google'ın politikalarına tabidir
• Üçüncü taraf reklam içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Grafik, ses, müzik, oyun tasarımı, kod ve ticari markalar dahil olmak üzere Uygulamadaki tüm içerik tarafımıza ait veya bize lisanslıdır ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Açık yazılı iznimiz olmadan Uygulamadan hiçbir içeriği kullanamaz, kopyalayamaz veya çoğaltamazsınız.

9. Gizlilik

Uygulamanın kullanımınız aynı zamanda referans yoluyla bu Şartlar'a dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamız tarafından da yönetilmektedir.

10. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama, Google Firebase ve Google AdMob dahil üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanmaktadır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımınız aynı zamanda ilgili şartları ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıların uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.

11. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olarak" sunulmaktadır. Şunları garanti etmiyoruz:

• Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya güvenli olacağını
• Hataların belirli bir süre içinde düzeltileceğini
• Uygulamanın virüs veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olduğunu

12. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan veya kullanamamanızdan — oyun verisi veya sanal öğe kaybı dahil — kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu Şartlar kapsamındaki tüm taleplerde toplam sorumluluğumuz 50 Euro'yu geçmez.

13. Uygulamada veya Şartlarda Değişiklikler

Uygulamayı (veya herhangi bir özelliği) önceden bildirim yapmaksızın herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkını saklı tutarız. Bu Şartları da güncelleyebiliriz; "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son değişikliği yansıtacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.

14. Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda, önceden bildirim veya sorumluluk olmaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erer.

15. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar, çatışma hukuku kuralları gözetilmeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilir ve yorumlanır. Anlaşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabidir.
